Caissa Consulting Limited was established in 2005 by Susan Watson after leaving her role as project manager with a global consultancy. SAP certified, she has worked alongside many industries at strategic and operation level to improve performance, find synergies and create integrated efficient solutions.
We have worked in European, American and Far East markets and have over 13 years SAP experience including ten full life cycle projects and many smaller SAP implementations. With over 50 years supply chain logistics experience between Susan and her partner Carl they are able to provide intelligent customer solutions.
Based in Oxfordshire, Caissa Consulting can also provide remote support as well as operating from client’s premises as necessary. We will also provide bespoke support tailored to meet customer needs.
Susan Watson
Susan is the Company founder and Director. She gained SAP certification in 1997 and has supported many leading organisations worldwide. Her background is logistics and has also worked for 13 years in the telecommunications industry. Her experience and expertise in Supply Chain Management, Sales and Distribution and Manufacturing gives her knowledge of a wide spectrum of business processes. Susan lives in Banbury and her motto is ‘Times change, standards shouldn’t’.
Carl Portman MCILT MInstLM MCIPS
Carl is the Company Secretary and has a full time job in the public sector. His background is logistics and he has worked in warehousing, distribution, secretariat, change management, communications and human resources in the UK and Germany. His experience and expertise in logistics and operations management proves invaluable in supporting the company. Carl lives in Banbury and his motto is ‘Don’t complain about the dark, light a few candles’.
