Promoting a business after company formation
After starting a new business and submitting all of the legally required forms, operators have to consider how they will get the word out about their new product or service. After all, it's not as if it's enough to simply open a shop, launch a website and see that your memorandum of association is taken care of. For example, months of preparation are ultimately worthless if you don't have a reliable customer base. This is why small businesses are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to market their services. Leaflet distribution is one of the most effective ways, and it costs relatively little. This is perhaps the most effective means of getting information about a new product of service directly in the hands of consumers, though it does require a lot of capital.
But for those business owners who have just rounded the first corner of company formation - that is, those who have already filed their articles of association - an aggressive marketing campaign is the logical next step. After all, a small business has no base of clients or customers at this point, and no sensible business owner would expect to attract one without laying out quite a bit of capital. The distributors may take leaflets advertising your services on a door to door campaign, or they may set up in a public place where your target demographic is likely to spend time. As long as the service being provided is viable and profitable, then leaflet distribution and similar marketing campaigns are practically guaranteed to work.
